Health Services

The Institute for Family Health, through a subcontract with Care for the Homeless, provides on-site primary care and psychiatry services.

Comprehensive Healthcare Services:

  • Daily HIV (4th Gen) and HEP C Testing 10AM - 6PM, 7 days a week

  • Prevention, outreach, and treatment for HIV/AIDS

  • Testing and treatment for STIs

  • Resources for PEP and PrEP

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

  • Birth Control and Contraception

  • Insurance Enrollment

AFC’s On-Site Medical Clinic

4 sessions per week
